摘  要:在无虫网(温)室用扦插法繁殖马铃薯脱毒原原种,成活率99.2%,种植密度400株/m_2,经50天左右,可产微型薯近600粒/m_2,平均百粒重148.8g,其中1~3g的微薯占50%以上。日产薯当量约为10粒/m_2·d,繁殖系数可达1∶300以上。Virus-free potato prebasic seeds were propagated with cutting method in the inseetfree screen/ green houses, which survive rate reached 99.2%. After about 50 day growth, with the density of 400 seedlings per square meter, nearly 600 microtubers were obtained per square meter on seedbed and 100 microtuber weight was 148.8 g, among which more than 50% microtubers weighed in range of 1 to 3 g. Daily tuber amount per square meter (DTASM) was about 10. The propagating coefficient is more than 1: 300.
