摘 要:研究结果表明,(1)从芦笋植株上采集蚜虫的方法以开水浸烫法和冲洗法最佳;(2)卵和孤雌蚜在植株上和田间均呈聚集分布,卵主要产在下部20cm的主枝茎上,孤雌蚜主要分布于下部9个次生枝上;(3)田间调查蚜量以在植株下部取3个次生枝最佳;(4)最佳抽样量,幼苗期为143个主枝,成株期为159个主枝。Methods of sampling Brachycorynella aspsragi Mordvilko from the foliage of asparagus, Asparagus officinalis L, and the spatial pattern of the aphids population on the plant and in the fields were studied for sampling efficiency. Aphids were efficiently collected by washing machine and boiling water. Aphids, as well as eggs, had a aggregated distribution with inplants and in fields and their numbers decreased with increasing heights on the plant. Sampling efficiency was optimized by taking 3 lower branchs on the plant. Theoptimum number of samples is recommended.
