摘　　要：随着短信息业务向移动支付、移动证券交易等金融领域的扩展,对短信息的安全性提出了新的要求。该文在ElGamal体制公开密钥加密算法的基础上,针对短信息系统自身的特点,提出了一种比较适用于短消息系统的加密方案,并给出了实验和结果分析。The new demand for security of SMS(short message) has been requested while the application of the SMS shifts to the financial area such as mobile payment and mobile securities. Basing on the ElGamal public key encryption and the properties of SMS, the paper puts forward a novel approach especially proper for SMS encryption. The experiment is conducted and the result is analyzed.
