摘 要:目的 了解鼻咽低分化鳞癌组织中p15蛋白和PCNA的表达水平与其放射敏感性的关系。方法用免疫组化S-P法检测颈动脉鞘区受侵的56例鼻咽低分化鳞癌组织中p15蛋白和PCNA的表达水平,并对二者在放疗结束时颈动脉鞘区肿瘤消失组和残留组的表达情况进行比较。结果p15蛋白和PCNA的表达率在颈动脉鞘区肿瘤消失组中分别为27.6%和62.1%,残留组中分别为33.3%和74.1%。p15蛋白和PCNA在消失组和残留组中的表达水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 鼻咽癌组织中PCNA与p15蛋白的表达水平与鼻咽低分化鳞癌放射敏感性无相关性。Objective To study the relationship between p15 and PCNA protein expression and radiosen-sitivity in poorly differentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) .Method p15 and PCNA protein were examined by the S-P immunohistochemical method in 56 cases of NPC involving carotid sheath. Of them, 27 cases had residual tumor in carotid sheath after radiotherapy and 29 cases had no tumor in carotid sheath after radiotherapy. Results The positive expression rates of p15 and PCNA protein in group without residual tumor were 27.6% and 62.1% respectively,while in group with residual tumor were 33.3% and 74.1 % respectively.p15 and PCNA protein expression were not significantly different between these groups.There was no correlation between p15 and PCNA. Conclusion p15 and PCNA protein expression are not correlated to radiosensitivity in poorly differencinted nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
