摘　　要：目的 :探讨儿童嗜铬细胞瘤的临床表现及诊断和治疗特点。方法 :对 11例 4～ 14岁嗜铬细胞瘤患儿的临床表现、治疗方案及病理特征等进行回顾性分析。结果 :11例患儿中 ,单发肿瘤 9例 ,其中异位 2例 ,多发 2例。 10例有明确的高血压病史 ,其中 7例伴有高血压心脏改变 ,2例伴有高血压眼底改变。 3例病史中出现过 1次或数次的休克表现 ,1例因血压骤升出现脑血管意外。全部病例均手术摘除瘤体 ,术后均病理证实为嗜铬细胞瘤。结论 :儿童嗜铬细胞瘤高血压症状较重 ,常伴有心脏及眼底改变 ,并且血压波动幅度大 ,发作较频繁。治疗的关键在于术前降低血压并充分扩容 ,治疗心脏损害 ,改善心脏功能。同时 。Objective To disscuss the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of pheochromocytoma in children.Methods The clinical manifestations,treatment regimen and pathological characters of 11 cases(age:4-14 y) with pheochromocytoma in children were reviewed retrospectively.Results Of 11 cases,9 cases of them were simple,2 case were multiple,2 cases were allotrio-pheochromocytoma.The presentations were specific hypertension(10),hypertensive cardiopathy(7) and hypertensive eyeground(2).Three patients with one or more shocks,1 patient suffered from celebrovascular accidents.Conclusions The clinical characters of pheochromocytoma in children are serious hypertension,hypertensive cardiopathy and visual disturbance.The blood pressure of patients fluctuated hugely and frequently.An adequate transfusion,deducing blood pressure,and myocardial damage prevention are most important to the management of perioperative period.Keeping blood pressure smoothly and reducing the hemorrhage are also very important during the operative period.
