摘　　要：目的 :PCNA和C erbB 2在胃癌组织中的表达及与病理分级、临床分期的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化S P法测定胃癌石蜡切片中PCNA和C erbB 2蛋白的表达。结果 :PCNA和C erbB 2在胃癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移呈正相关 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :PCNA和C erbBObjective To investigate the expressions of PCNA and C-erbB-2 in gastric cancer and their relationships with pathological grade,clinic stage.Methods The SP immunohistochemical staining method were adopted to examine the expression of PCNA and cerbB-2 protein in gastric cancer tissues.Results Positive expressions of PCNA and cerbB-2 protein in gastric cancer tissues were positive relationship with tumor differential degree soakage depth and lymph node metastasis.Conclusions PCNA and cerbB-2 may be the progonsic factors to estimate prognosis of gastric cancer.
