摘　　要：目的:研究大肠癌组织中胃泌素与增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)表达的关系,以探讨胃泌素对大肠癌的促增殖作用。方法:采用免疫组化法检测48例大肠癌病人癌组织和癌旁黏膜中胃泌素与PCNA的表达。结果:大肠癌组织胃泌素阳性率为39.6％(19/48),高分化腺癌明显高于低分化和黏液腺癌(P<0.05)。癌组织中的PCNA-LI显著高于癌旁黏膜和正常肠黏膜(P<0.01);Dukes C期和D期标本显著高于A期(P<0.05)。胃泌素阳性组癌组织中的PCNA-LI为68.3±12.8,胃泌素阴性者中为50.6±13.1,两者间差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:部分大肠癌细胞可能通过自分泌方式产生胃泌素,促进细胞的增殖。Objective: To study the relationship between gastrin and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression in colorectal cancer tissue and the growth-promoting effect of gastrin on cancer tissue. Methods: Gastrin and PCNA expression in colorectal cancer tissue and in mucosa adjacent to the cancer focus of 48 cases were studied by immunohistochemistry techniques. Results: The positive rate of gastrin in colorectal cancerous tissue was 39.6%(19/48); it was hisher in well differentiated adenocarcinoma than in poorly differentiated and mucinous adenocarcinoma (P<0.05). The PCNA-LI expression was higher in colorectal cancer tissue than in adjacent normal mucosa (P<0.01), the PCNA-LI expression was higher in Dukes' C and D stages than that in stage A (P<0.05). The PCNA-LI in gastrin -positive cases was 68.3?2.8, obviously higher than that of fhe gastrin-negative cases (50.6±13.1). Conclusions: Some of the colorectal cancer cells secrete gastrin by means of autocrine mechanism and stimulate the cancer cells proliferation.
