消化性溃疡与血浆神经降压素的关系

摘　　要：目的　探讨消化性溃疡 (pepticulcer ,PU)、幽门螺旋杆菌 (helicobacterpylori ,Hp)与血浆神经降压素 (neu rotensin ,NT)的关系。方法　采用放射免疫分析法测定 3 5例正常对照、3 0例胃溃疡患者和 3 2例十二指肠球部溃疡患者的血浆NT值 ,并对结果进行比较分析。结果　胃溃疡和十二指肠球部溃疡组的NT值低于正常对照组 ,差异均有显著性 (均P <0 0 1) ;胃溃疡组NT值比十二指肠球部溃疡组值高 ,但两组差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;消化性溃疡Hp(+ )组血浆NT值虽比消化性溃疡Hp(-)组血浆NT值高 ,但两组差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　消化性溃疡与血浆NT有关系 。Objective To study the relationships among peptic ulcer (PU),helicobacter pylori (Hp) and the level of plasma neurotensin (NT).Methods The patients with peptic ulcer were divided into the gastric ulcer group and the duodenal ulcer group.Plasma NT levels were detected by radioimmunoassay in both peptic ulcer groups and in normal group.Results It was showed that the plasma NT levels in peptic ulcer groups were significantly lower than those in normal group (all P<0.01).Though the plasma NT level of the gastric ulcer group was higher than that of the duodenal ulcer group,but there was no significance between them(P>0.05).The plasma NT level of Hp positive patients with peptic ulcer was higher than that of Hp negative patients,but there was no significance between them( P>0.05).Conclusion Plasma NT level has an intimate relation with peptic ulcer,and the reduction of the plasma NT level can lead to peptic ulcer.
