摘　　要：目的 :探讨细胞周期素D1(CyclinD1)蛋白在增生性子宫内膜及子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义 .方法 :用免疫组化SP法对 14例正常子宫内膜 ,2 5例增生性子宫内膜及 4 3例子宫内膜癌中CyclinD1表达进行了研究 .结果 :正常子宫内膜、单纯加复合增生、不典型增生及子宫内膜癌中CyclinD1阳性率分别为 14 .3%,4 3.8%,77.8%,72 .1%.增生性子宫内膜、子宫内膜癌与正常内膜有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,不典型增生与单纯加复合增生CyclinD1过表达有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 ) ;子宫内膜癌CyclinD1过表达阳性率与癌细胞分化程度有关 ,与组织学类型无关 .结论 :CyclinD1异常参与子宫内膜癌的发生 ,其过表达与子宫内膜癌的恶性生物学行为有关 ,对内膜癌CyclinD1蛋白表达的检测有助于估计其进展及预后 .AIM: To investigate the expression of Cyclin D 1 in proliferative endometrium and endometrial carcinoma and its significance. METHODS: Expression of Cyclin D 1 was examined in 14 cases of normal endometrium, 25 cases of proliferative endometrium and 43 cases of endometrial carcinoma by immunohistochemical SP methods. RESULTS: The positivity rate of Cyclin D 1 in normal endometrium, simple and compound hyperplasia, atypical hyperplasia and endometrium carcinoma was 14.3%, 43.8%, 77.8% and 72.1% respectively. The expression of Cyclin D 1 in proliferative endometrium and endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium ( P < 0.05). The overexpression of Cyclin D 1 in the atypical hyperplasia group was obviously different from that in the simple and compound hyperplasia group ( P <0.05). In endometrial carcinoma, the overexpression of Cyclin D1 was significantly associated with pathological grade and no association was found with the histologic type of endometrial carcinoma. CONCLUSION: Aberrant expression of Cyclin D 1 was involved in the genesis of endometrial carcinoma. The overexpression of Cyclin D 1 correlate with the malignant biological behaviour of endometrial carcinoma. Detection of the expression of Cyclin D 1 protein in endometrial carcinoma is likely to be predictive of its development and prognosis.
