摘　　要：目的 :探讨结肠癌脾虚证与p5 3,Bcl 2 ,Bax蛋白表达的相关性 ,揭示病与证之间的内在联系及证的物质基础 .方法 :选择进展期低分化结肠腺癌 6 1例 ,辨证分为脾虚组与非脾虚组 ,对其主要症状进行半定量积分 ,并设正常对照组2 0例 .采用免疫组化S P法检测病理组织中p5 3,Bcl 2 ,Bax蛋的表达 .结果 :脾虚组患者p5 3,Bcl 2蛋白的阳性表达率及表达水平显著高于非脾虚组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Bax蛋白阳性表达脾虚组低于非脾虚组 ,但组间比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,脾虚患者症状积分与 p5 3,Bcl 2蛋白表达水平呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与Bax蛋白表达水平无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;非脾虚患者症状积分与 p5 3,Bcl 2 ,Bax蛋白表达水平均无显著相关性(P >0 .0 5 ) .结论 :结肠癌中医证型与p5 3,Bcl 2蛋白的差异表达有关 ,p5 3,BclAIM: To study the correlation between Pixuzheng of colorectal carcinoma and the expression of p53, Bcl 2 and Bax. METHODS: Sixty one patients with advanced poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas were divided into Pixuzheng and non pixuzheng groups according to syndrome differentiation of TCM. The semiquantitative scores of the syndrome of each patient were counted. And there was a control group of 20 healthy volunteers without lesion of colonic mucosa. Immunohistochemistry S P was used to detect the expression of p53, Bcl 2 and Bax proteins. RESULTS: The positivity rate and level of expression of p53 and Bcl 2 in Pixuzheng group were significantly higher than those in non pixuzheng group ( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the positivity rate of the expression of Bax between Pixuzheng and non pixuzheng groups ( P >0.05). There was significant correlation between the expression of p53 or Bcl 2 protein and scores of Pixuzheng ( P <0.01). There was no significant correlation between the expression of Bax and scores of Pixuzheng ( P >0.05), and between the expression of p53, Bcl 2 or Bax protein and the scores of non pixuzheng ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: There is correlation between Pixuzheng of colorectal carcinoma and abnormal expression of p53 and Bcl 2.
