摘 要:目的:研究大鼠坐骨神经损伤后,胎脑提取液对脊髓运动神经元乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠,随机分为实验组、对照组和正常组,前两组再随机分成术后3个时间组。无菌条件下制作坐骨神经钳夹损伤模型,酶组织化学方法结合显微图像分析,观察各组大鼠脊髓运动神经元AChE和SDH活性的变化。结果:术后1 w实验组及对照组均比正常组明显降低;术后2 w实验组开始升高,对照组进一步降低;术后3 w实验组与正常组相近,对照组开始升高。结论:胎脑提取液对脊髓前角运动神经元的溃变有保护作用,可促进大鼠受损神经元的恢复。Objective : To observe the effects of fetal brain extracts on the activity of acetylcholine esterase (AChE) and succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) of spinal cord motor neurons in rats with sciatic nerve lesion. Methods : Thirty-five Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: experimental group, control group and normal group; the first 2 groups were further divided into 3 groups according to time after operation at random. Pliers were applied to induce a sciatic lesion model under the sterile condition. By means of enzyme histochemical staining and microimage pattern analysis, AChE and SDH activity of spinal cord motor neurons were evaluated. Results : Compared with the normal group, AChE and SDH activity in experimental were both significantly decreased 1 week after surgery, then they began to increase in the experimental group 2 weeks after surgery, while those in the control group were evidently decreased. Three weeks later, AChE and SDH activity in the experimental group were similar to those in the normal group; those in the control group began to increase. Conclusion : Fetal brain extracts can protect the anterior horn motor neurons of spinal cord from degeneration and promote the recovery of injured neurons.
