摘  要:在单缸直喷柴油机上利用第2个喷嘴向燃烧室内喷射过氧化氢(H2O2),对其降低柴油机排烟消光度和NOx的效果进行了试验验证,研究了每循环过氧化氢的喷射量和喷射定时对降低柴油机烟度的影响。当含30%(V)H2O2的水溶液的喷射量为柴油的一半时,柴油机的动力性和燃油经济性改善了4%左右,排气烟度可下降30%左右,且NOx也略有减少。Reduction possibility of exhaust smoke opacity and NOx emissions from a DI diesel engine by means of additional injection of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) through a second injector was experimented.Effects of H2O2 injection quantity per cycle and its injection timing on smoke opacity were studied and positive results were obtained. Injecting 30%(V/V) H2O2aqueous solution in about half as much as injected diesel fuel leads to 30% reduction of exhaust smoke opacity with 4% gains of diesel power output and fuel economy as well as slight alleviation of NOx emission.
