摘　　要：介绍了平板式楔横轧的工艺特点 ,分析了挡圈钳的变形工艺及设计了轧件。阐明了楔横轧模具的主要设计参数。计算了挡圈钳楔横轧模具的孔型尺寸。通过挡圈钳楔横轧制坯工艺的实践 。The technological characteristics of the plate type of cross wedge rolling were introduced.The deformation technology of the circlip plier was analyzed.The main designing parameters of rolling die were elaborated.The groove dimensions of the rolling die are calculated.The techno economics of the new and the old technology for cross wedge rolling are analyzed and compared.
