摘　　要：[目的 ]观察紫素联合顺铂化疗对晚期乳腺癌患者免疫功能的影响。 [方法 ]对 11例晚期乳腺癌患者用紫素联合顺铂化疗 ,化疗前后用流式细胞仪测量CD4 /CD8及NK细胞活性。 [结果 ]化疗后CD4 /CD8较化疗前无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,NK细胞活性较化疗前升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论Objective] To observe the effect of paclitaxel and cisplation on immune function in advanced breast cancer.11 advanced breast cancer treated with paclitaxel and cisplation,CD4/CD8 and NK were measured using flow cytometry in 11 advanced breast cancer before and after chemotherapy. No evident case of changes of CD4/CD8 were observed after chemotherapy ( P >0.05); NK was higher in post-treatment patients than in pre-treatment patients( P <0.05)?[Conclusion]Chemotherapy combining paclitaxel with cisplation for advanced breast cancer can activate patients' immune function.
