摘 要:目的 探讨丹参对内毒素肺损伤的保护作用。方法 选用SD大鼠 6 3只 ,随机分为对照组、肺损伤组、丹参防治组。 3组动物根据注入内毒素时间不同分为 1、2、4h组。丹参防治组按 10g/kg体重经股静脉注入丹参 ,15min后再按 5mg/kg体重注入大肠杆菌内毒素 ;肺损伤组用生理盐水代替丹参 ;对照组中丹参和内毒素均以生理盐水代替。放血处死大鼠检测血浆P -选择素和可溶性细胞间粘附分子 1(sICAM 1)。结果 ①肺损伤组及丹参防治组血浆P -选择素均较对照组增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,其中第 2、4h丹参防治组血浆P -选择素较肺损伤组减低 (P <0 .0 1) ;②肺损伤组血浆sICAM 1较对照组增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,第 2 ,4h丹参防治组血浆sICAM 1较肺损伤组减低 (P <0 .0 1) ,其中第 4h丹参防治sICAM 1与对照组差别已无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 丹参可能通过抑制P -选择素、ICAM 1介导的炎性细胞肺部浸润而减轻内毒素所致的肺损伤。Objective To investigate the preventive effects of saliva miltiorrhiza on endotoxin-induced lung injury. Methods Rats were divided into three groups, the control group (Group C), the lung injury group ( Group L) and the salvia miltiorrhiza group (SM group). Each group was subdivided into three small group according to the time of endotoxin administrated at 1 h, 2 h and 4 h. After a quarter of salvia miltiorrhiza in a dose of 10 g/kg was given. Escherichia coli O_ 111 B_4 lipopolysaccharide in a dose of group, salvia miltiorrhiza were used instead of equivalent normal saline. In Group C, both salvia miltiorrhiza and endotoxin were used instead of equivalent saline. After the experiment, arterial blood was obstained for measurements of plasma P-selectin and soluble intercellular adhesion nvolecule-1(sICAM-1).Results ①The levels of P-selectin in Group L and SM group at every time points are higher than in Group C (P<0.01). The l-selectin at 2 h and 4 h points in SM group were lower than in Group L (P<0.01); ② The levels of plasma sIACM-1 at every time points in Group L were higher than in Group C (P<0.01). There were lower levels of plasma sICAM-1 in Group L compared with in SM group at 2 h and 4 h time points (P<0.01). There were no statistical differences between the levels of sICAM-1 at 4 h in SM group and in Group C (P>0.05).Conclusion Saliva miltiorrhiza may inhibit P-selectin and ICAM-1 mediated leukocyte infiltration in Lung, which provides protective effects on Lung injury.
