强烈化疗与白血病患儿正常甲状腺功能病态综合征

摘　　要：目的 :探讨强烈化疗对白血病患儿甲状腺激素 (TH)水平的影响。方法 :用放射免疫分析法分别测定 15例急性白血病 (AL)患儿强烈化疗前、后血清总甲状腺素 (TT4 ) ,游离T4 (FT4 ) ,总三碘甲腺原氨酸 (TT3) ,游离T3(FT3) ,反T3(rT3)及促甲状腺激素 (TSH)的水平 ,并以 2 3例健康儿童为对照。结果 :完全缓解 (CR)后的AL患儿 ,强烈化疗后TT3,FT3,TT4 和FT4 明显低于强烈化疗前及健康对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而rT3及TSH强烈化疗前后无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :强烈化疗可引起AL患儿TH水平的变化 ,且此变化可反映强烈化疗后患儿的全身状况 。Objective:To explore the effects of strong chenotherapy on thyroid hormones of children with leukemia.Methods:By using radiormmunoessay, they were measured: the serum thyroxine(T 4), free T 4(FT 4), triiodothyronine(T 3), free T 3(FT 3),reverse T 3(rT 3) and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) in 15 patients, before and after strong chemotherapy. The control group consisted of 23 children of heathl.Results:After strong chemotherapy, T 3, FT 3, T 4 and FT 4 have the more marked reduce than before and the txmtrol group(P< 0.001). The change havn' t taken place in rT 3 and TSH(P>0.05).Conclusions:Thyroid hormones' change take place after strong chemotherapy. When having conditions, the monitor should been done.
