生脉饮抗氧自由基作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究“生脉饮”(人参方和党参方 )清除氧自由基作用。方法 :采用邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生超氧离子自由基 (O-·2 ) ,采用邻二氮菲 -Fe2 +氧化法检测H2 O2 /Fe2 +产生羟自由基 (·OH)。用分光光度法 (A32 5nm和A536 nm)检测“生脉饮”(人参方、党参方 )以及该方中各单味药人参、麦冬、五味子、党参对O-·2 和·OH的清除作用。结果 :“生脉饮”(人参方、党参方 )以及该方中人参、麦冬、五味子、党参对O-·2 和·OH均有显著的清除作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,“生脉饮”人参方与“党参方”两方之间无显著差异性 (P >0 .0 5 )。而“生脉饮”全方具有比单味药更强的抗氧化作用。结论 :“生脉饮”及其各组分具有较强的抗氧化作用 ,这为解释和探讨该方对生物大分子和细胞保护作用的机制 。Objective:The scavenging effeet Shenmai Yin (Renshen and Dangshen compounds) on oxygen free radicals was studied through spectrophotometry.Methods:The superoxide free radical (O -· 2) and hydroxyl free radical (·OH) were generated by the autooxidation system of pyrogallol and the system of 1,10 - phenathroline H 2O 2/Fe 2+, respectively. The scavenging effect of Shenmaiyin (Renshen and Dangshen Com-pounds) and of every single medicinal herbe, i. e Renshen, Dangshen, Maidong, Wuweizi were tested.Results:The results showed that the scavenging eftect of these medicinal herbs on O -· 2 and OH were all significant (P< 0.01 ), No significant difference of antioxidative effect were observed between Renshen and Dangshen medicinal herb.Conclusions:Shenmaiyin and its parts have great antioxidative effect and provide proves of molecule biology for explaining and studing organism of protection to bio-large molecule and cell and its basis in the clini- cal therapy.
