31例急性肠系膜缺血的诊治

摘　　要：目的 :探讨急性肠系膜缺血的诊断和治疗。方法 :对1960年至2002年间经治的31例急性肠系膜缺血的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :本组31例中 ,有急性剧烈腹痛者25例 ,既往合并器质性心脏病者13例 ,合并房颤者6例 ,动脉硬化者16例。29例行手术治疗 ,存活20例。结论 :充分认识本病的发病机制 ,早期诊断、及时治疗 。Objective:To study the diagnosis and treatment of acute mesenteric ischemia.Methods:Clinical data of31cases with acute mesenteric ischemia diagnosed by both operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In our group,there were25cases sufˉfered severe abdominal pain,13suffered heart disease and6cardiac arrhythmia and16arteˉriosclerosis.29cases have received operation and20cases survived.Conclusion:A better comˉprehension of this disease,early diagnosis with suitable techniques and prompt treatment are the keys to the management of the disease.
