摘  要:链丝藻是一种丝状绿藻,个体大,繁殖能力强,有净化污水的作用。在实验室中用SE培养基培养链丝藻,一周后处于对数增长期。对污水的净化试验证明1d时间链丝藻对氨氮的去除率可以达到57.61%,对磷酸盐的去除率可以达到34.78%,3d时间对氨氮的去除率可以达到92.47%,对磷酸盐的去除率可以达到93.39%。Hormidium flaecidum Br. is a kind of green algae with large size and high ability of breeding, which have a good effect of purifying wastewater. Hormidium flaecidum Br. will arrive to the exponential growing period after being Cultivated 7 days with SE culture medium under continuous light conditions. The experimental results illustrated that Hormidium flaecidum Br. is suitable to treat the municipal wastewater, the NH_4^+-N and PO_4^(3-) -P removing efficiencies can reach by 57.61%,34.78% respectively in 1 day; After 3 days ,the removals can reach by 92.47 % and 93.39 % respectively for NH_4^+-N and PO_4^(3-) -P.
