改良Ivor-Lewis术式在食管癌手术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的　应用改良Ivor Lewis术式治疗食管癌。方法　对 6 2例食管癌病人应用右胸前外侧、上腹部正中切口切除中、上段食管癌 ,同时经左侧颈部行食管胃吻合。结果　 6 2例病人术后发生吻合口瘘 2例 ,发生率 3.2 %。 1例经切口引流、抗感染治愈 ,1例合并呼吸衰竭死亡。结论　改良Ivor Lewis是治疗中、上段食管癌较理想的术式。Objective To summarize the experience in treating esophageal cancer with modified Ivor Lewis operation. Methods Sixty two patients with esophageal cancer received the operation by right thorax and median abdominal incisions, and esophagogastro anastomosis was performed on the left neck. Results There were two anastomotic leakages and its incidence was 3.2%. One patient was cured by drainage and antiinfective therapy, and another died from respiratory failure. Conclusion The modified Ivor Lewis operation is a satisfactory method to treat middle and upper esophageal cancer.
