摘　　要：近年来 ,随着硬件与软件技术的发展 ,灌注加权磁共振成像在肝脏疾病诊断中取得了一定的进步。作者根据近年的相关文献 ,就其基本原理与成像方法、成像技术、质量评价、对比剂、临床应用等作一综述。重点在于成像技术与临床应用以及未来有待解决的一些问题。In recent years, perfusion weighted MR imaging in diagnosis of the liver diseases has been improved following the development in computing sciences-hardware and software. The purpose of this study is to summarize its basic principle, imaging processing, imaging techniques, imaging quality evaluation, contrast application and clinical indications by reviewing recent publications. The main topics are imaging techniques of perfusion weighted MR and clinical applications, in which further research is needed to resolve some related questions. 10
