摘　　要：介绍了分步提油和萃取棉酚的工业化生产工艺,解决了工业化生产过程中遇到的设备和工艺问题。采用本工艺生产的脱酚棉籽粕中游离棉酚含量小于0.045%、残油小于1.5%、蛋白含量大于50%。The technology of extracting oil and gossypol from cottonseed was studied.The new equipments were designed in this process,The specifications of the cottonseed meal with this process are as following:free gossypol≤(0.045%),residual oil≤1.5%,protein≥50%.
