摘 要:铂是化工生产中不可缺少的催化剂。传统工艺铂催化剂的生产主要由工人是将铂金浸入载有王水器皿中,加热待铂金溶解后再进一步处理。针对工业生产效率低、受热不均匀、工艺过程危险等弊端,设计一种基于PLC恒温控制反应釜装置。文中首先简述了催化剂的工艺流程,再根据实际情况选定多模态控制系统对反应釜这类串级系统进行控制,最后通过实验校正参数。实验结果表明,该方法调节精度较高,动态响应快,已投入生产。Platinum is the indispensable catalyst in chemical production. The traditional process of platinum catalyst productions mainly composed of platinum in Aqua regia workers is carrying vessel, heating to the platinum dissolution after further processing. According to the industrial production efficiency is low, uneven heating, process hazards and other defects, the design of a temperature control device based on PLC reactor. This paper first introduced the process of catalyst, and then according to the actual situation of the selected multi mode control system to control the reactor of this kind of cascade system, the experimental correction parameter. The experimental results show that: the method to adjust the accuracy, fast dynamic response, has been put into production.
