摘 要:钙结合蛋白(CaBP)可直接影响骨骼中钙的沉积,进而影响骨骼生长发育。为研究家鸡骨钙含量及其CaBP基因表达与骨强度的关系,选用大围山微型鸡和艾维茵肉鸡,分别测定4、8、12周龄时试验鸡的骨强度、骨钙沉积和小肠组织、软骨组织中CaBP基因的相对表达量。结果表明:4、8、12周龄时大围山微型鸡股骨骨强度、骨钙含量均显著高于艾维茵肉鸡(P<0.05),且大围山微型鸡小肠组织、软骨组织中CaBP基因的相对表达量显著高于艾维茵肉鸡(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,骨钙含量与CaBP基因表达量和骨强度均呈正相关,且CaBP基因表达量和骨强度呈正相关。可见,具有较高的骨钙沉积是大围山微型鸡具有优良骨强度的重要原因,且CaBP基因可作为调控家鸡骨钙沉积的重要候选基因。Calcium binding protein(CaBP) gene can directly affect calcium deposition in bone,which in turn affects bone growth and development.In order to study the relationship between bone calcium content,CaBP gene expression and bone strength in chickens,Daweishan mini chickens and Avian broilers were selected for detecting bone strength,bone calcium content of femur,CaBP gene expression in small intestine and cartilage tissues of chickens at of 4,8and 12 weeks of age.The results showed that the femur bone strength and bone calcium content of Daweishan mini chickens were significantly higher than those of Avian broilers at 4,8 and 12 weeks of age(P<0.05),and CaBP gene expression in small intestine and cartilage of Daweishan mini chickens were significantly higher than that of Avian broilers(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that bone calcium content was positively correlated with CaBP gene expression and bone strength,and CaBP gene expression was positively correlated with bone strength.It can be seen that the high bone calcium deposition contributes better bone strength for Daweishan mini chickens,and CaBP gene is an important candidate gene for the regulation of bone calcium deposition in chickens.
