摘  要:采用水热法合成Zn0.95Co0.05O稀磁半导体粉体,讨论了矿化剂NaOH的浓度分别为1mol/L,2mol/L,3mol/L,反应温度分别为180℃,200℃,220℃对粉体的影响,采用XRD测量晶体中的物相,FE-SEM测量晶体的表面形貌,EDS测量晶体中的元素。测试结果及分析表明:当矿化剂NaOH浓度为2mol/L,反应温度为200℃时制备的晶体效果相对较好。Zn0.95Co0.05 O dilute magnetic semiconductor powders were synthesised by hydrothermal method.Performance of the powders were discussed when the mineralizer concentration of Na OH was respectively 1 mol/L, 2 mol/L, 3 mol/L, and the reaction temperature was 180 ℃,200 ℃,220 ℃ respectively. The crystal phase was tested by XRD while the surface morphology of the crystal and the elements in the crystal were respectively analysed by FE- SEM and EDS. It was indicated that the crystal was relatively good when mineralizer Na OH concentration was 2 mol/L, and the reaction temperature was 200 ℃.
