摘　　要：文章运用专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对太极推手比赛在竞赛内容、组织规程和规则上做了系统调研,并结合首都高校的自身特点和现有状况在北京市太极推手竞赛的基础上做了系统的改革与创新,为打造出首都高校自己的太极推手比赛做出了理论探索。This paper uses expert interview, logical analysis and other research methods to conduct a systematic survey into taiji(tai chi) tuishou(push hands) competitions in the aspects of competition contents, regulation of organizations and competition rules. And, on the basis of Beijing Taiji Tuishou Competitions, it makes a systematic reform and innovation by combining their own characteristics and the current status of colleges and universities in Beijing in order to make a theoretical exploration for creating their own taiji tuishou competitions of colleges and universities in Beijing.
