京张生态关系与张家口市贫困问题关联分析

摘　　要：张家口是河北省最为贫困的地区,也是全国范围内贫困县较为集中的地区之一,而且,贫困势态愈演愈烈。在众多的贫困成因中,京张生态关系对张家口贫困影响最为深远。从京张生态关系、张家口市工农业生产发展及资源开发受限、与周边地区的政策反差、京张生态补偿机制的缺失等角度,分析了京张生态关系与张家口贫困的关联关系。Zhangjiakou city,the poorest area in Hebei province,is one of the areas that have most poor counties in China and the poverty conditions get worse. Among the most factors, the Beijing-Zhangjiakou relationship is the critical one that contributes to the poverty of Zhangjiakou area.From some factors,such as resource exploitation and economic development restricted by the Beijing-Zhangjiakou re-lationship,the policy difference with surrounding regions and the absence of eco-compensation system be-tween Beijng and Zhangjiakou,the authors analyses the relationship between Beijing-zhangjiakou eco-cor-relation and Zhangjiakou’s poverty.
