摘　　要：利用河北省张家口、承德、秦皇岛、唐山等地的新生代农民工的抽样调查数据,采用方差分析法分析影响农民工参加职业教育培训的主要因素。研究发现:文化程度、婚姻状况等因素对农民工参加培训有显著影响;年龄、性别等因素对农民工参加培训没有显著影响。The sampling survey data of the new generation of migrant workers in Zhangjiakou, Chengde,Qinhuangdao,Tangshan and other cities of Hebei province were analyzed with variance analysis to discover the main factors influencing migrant workers’participating in vocational education and train-ing.The study found that the degree of culture,marriage status and other factors had a significant impact on the training of migrant workers,and age,gender and other factors have no significant impact.
