药学专业本科毕业生就业状况分析——以河北北方学院为例

摘　　要：近些年,随着中国医药卫生行业的不断发展,社会对药学专业人才需求不断增加。以河北北方学院为例,通过对近3届药学本科毕业生的追踪调查,分析药学专业本科毕业生的就业状况,提出调整专业结构、完善就业体系和创新工作方法等对策,以促进药学专业本科毕业生顺利就业与高质量就业。In recent years,with the continuous development of medicine and health industry in China, the demand for pharmaceutical specialty talents has been increasing.Through the investigation of the grad-uates from pharmaceutical specialty of Hebei North University in recent three years,the paper analyzes the situation of their employment and puts forward some approaches,such as adjusting specialty structure,per-fecting employment system,innovating working methods,etc.to facilitating graduates’successful and high-quality employment.
