摘　　要：通过对高校社会工作专业毕业生的跟踪调查,研究现代社会服务体系的特性、现实环境与社会工作人才的就业状况,并从就业环境、职业能力和职业适应性等角度分析职业化的影响因素,要消除影响社会工作人才职业化的不利因素,应从专业制度建设、职业岗位建设以及专业教育学科建设等三个方面着手。Through follow-up surveys on university social work graduates, this paper studies the characteristics of modern social service system, its realistic environment and social work employment situation.From the angles of employment environment, ca-reer ability and adaptability, it analyzes the influencing factors of professionalism.To eliminate the unfavorable factors affecting social work, it needs come from the three aspects of professional system construction, professional position construction and pro-fessional education discipline construction.
