摘　　要：为了满足产品服务化供应链运作流程动态变化的要求,建立了产品服务化供应链运作流程的柔性工作流模型,分析了柔性工作流引擎的工作过程。最后,通过实例说明了该模型的应用过程。该模型能够根据客户需求的动态变化,对订单进行分类,结合供应商的服务能力动态分配订单,能够加强供应链企业之间的合作,实现业务协同,从而为满足客户需求提供保障。In order to meet the requirement of the dynamic change in the operation process of product servitization supply chain,the flexible workflow model of product servitization supply chain is established,the work process of the flexible workflow engine is analyzed. Finally,the specific case is given out to illustrate the application process of the model which can classify the orders according to the dynamic change of customer demand,and dynamically allocate the orders in combination with the service capacity of the suppliers,and strengthen the cooperation between the enterprises of the supply chain,and achieve the business collaboration,which guarantees customer needs.
