摘　　要：本文根据服务学习的基础理论,分析高校职业规划课程的现状,从"课程设置与当地社区服务项目紧密结合、深入加强学校社区共建合作、提高专业教师理论水平和教学技能、细化服务过程后的反思环节"等方面研究服务学习理论对于职业生涯规划课程教学实践的启示和借鉴建议,并探讨在实施过程中可能遇到的问题及解决办法。Based on the basis of Service Learning Theory,analyzing the status quo of the career planning course in colleges and universities,from the aspects such as" the curriculum combined with the local community service projects,further strengthening the cooperation ofschool and community to build,improving the theoretical level of professional teachers and teaching skills,making reflection linkdetailed afterservice process,this paper researches on theenlightenment and reference suggestionsof service learning theory guiding career planning course teaching practice,and discusses possible problems encountered in the implementation process and the solutions.
