摘 要:目的探讨坚固内固定技术在颌骨骨折手术中的应用。方法使用纯钛夹板坚固内固定技术治疗颌骨骨折患者41例。手术前后进行临床及X线检查,了解(牙合)关系的恢复及骨折段的复位情况。结果在本组病例中所有患者骨愈合良好,咬合关系恢复良好,39例术后完全恢复,2例术后作个别牙尖咬合调整。结论在颌骨骨折中使用钛夹板坚固内固定,既利于骨段间的稳定加速其愈合,减少错(牙合)又避免了术后长期颌间结扎,是一种理想的固定技术。Objective The purpose of this article is to deal with the application of rigid internal fix- ation in the operation of fracture of jaw bone. Methods We have 41 patients suffering from fracture of jaw bone who have been treated by rigid internal fixation using titanic microsplint. Clinical and X-ray examination were made preoperatively and postoperatively to find out the condition of the recovering of occlusion and resetting of bone segments. Results All the patients in this group have a good healing and have a good recovering of occlusion relationship. 39 of them have completely recovered after operations and 2 of them had a occlusive adjustment of particular tips of teeth. Conclusion Rigid internal fixation using tiantic microsplint in dealing with fracture of jaw bone has many advantages. It is good for the stability between bone segments and accelerates its healing, In addition, it can reduce malocclusion an avoid the long-term intermaxillary fixation after operation. So, it is an ideal technology of stability.
