快速无痛蟾酥制剂用于去髓术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察快速无痛蟾酥制剂的无痛去髓效果。方法 :4 2例慢性牙髓炎患者封入无痛蟾酥制剂 0 .5～ 1h或 1h以上 ,然后做去髓治疗。结果 :所有患牙均不需额外麻醉即可完成去髓 ,6 9%的患牙达到完全无痛的效果。结论 :本实验的结果表明 ,去髓术中使用蟾酥制剂能获得快速无痛效果 。AIM:To observe the painless effects of rapid painless toad verom containing material for pulpectomy.METHODS:42 permanent teeth dignosed as chronic pulpitis were treated by pulpetomy with rapid painless toad verom containing material for 0.5～1 h,or more than1 h,and then sealed.RESULTS:The whole pulp tissues in 69% of teeth can be pull out without any pain in 100% of teeth without any additional anaesthesia.CONCLUSION:The toad verom containing material showed painless effects for short time in this study.The high frequency of clinical painless effect of the toad verom containing material appears that it could be used for pulpectomy in selected cases.
