摘 要:脉冲氢闸流管主要用于雷达装置中,特别是中、远程警戒雷达,是其调制器的核心开关元件。目前,在脉冲氢闸流管新品研制中普遍采用经验模式来完成前期的样管设计,并根据样管测试结果与技术指标的对比,进行后期针对性的修改。这种研制模式由于需要反复修改样管结构,导致零件浪费较多,并且效率比较低下。本文旨在利用计算机来仿真脉冲氢闸流管内部电场与脉冲放电工作情况,从而实现对脉冲氢闸流管放电结构的改进。将改进后的结构应用于样管中,从测试数据上印证了利用计算机模拟辅助新品研制这一方法的合理性。Pulse discharge hydrogen thyratron is widely used in many radar equipments.As a switch element of modulator,hydrogen thyratron plays an important role in medium-distance and long-distance guard radars especially.Nowadays the study and manufacture of new pattern hydrogen thyratron is usually adopting experiential method to accomplish primary designs.The method based on the test results of sample tubes to pertinently modify designs,will always cause large loss of cost and time because of structure altering repeatedly.Therefore,in this paper computer simulations are used for typical structure of hydrogen thyratron to discuss distribution of electric field and transference and pervasion of plasma in tube. With computer optimizing,a reasonable configuration of hydrogen thyratron has been achieved,which is verified by results of experiment.
