摘　　要：介绍了ispPAC 芯片系列的特点、结构及用途，重点介绍ispPAC10 、ispPAC20两种芯片的工作原理及应用电路。如ispPAC10 构成的滤波器电路和ispPAC20 构成的电压过压监视电路，并说明了电路的工作原理。文章最后指出了电子电路设计的发展方向。This paper introduces the characteristics 、 construction and uses of ispPAC chip. And gives tube feet figure and explains working principle of is pPAC10 and ispPAC20 chip. And gives circuitfigure and simulation curve of ispPAC10 for filter. And gives electric voltage over press the surveillance circuit of ispPAC20 and explains its working principle. And points out development direction of electric circuit design.
