摘　　要：硫酸类肝素蛋白聚酶 (HSPGs)是细胞外基质与基膜的主要组成部分 ,硫酸类肝素链上结合着大量具有生物活性的大分子。大量证据表明HSPGs对于细胞的生长繁殖起重要作用。肝素酶能在特定位点降解HSPGs ,改变细胞外环境介导一些生物现象的发生 ,如炎症发展。Heparan sulfate proteoglycans(HSPGs) is a prominent c om ponent of extracelluar matrix and basement membrane.HSPGs are combined with a gr eat number of bioactive molecules.Many evidents indicate that HSPGs play an impo rtant role in cell growth.Heparanase can degrade HSPGs in special websites,chang e extracellular microenviroment,and mediate some biological phenomena,such as in flammation,angiogenesis and metastasis.
