摘　　要：演城市经济增长的本质特征在于经济结构穴主要是产业结构雪的全面转变。服务业不仅为城市内部,而且还为城市以外地区输出服务产品,影响和制约着城市经济的发展,特别是生产性服务业,其多数行业主要为城市外部服务,更具有策动经济增长的功能。随着经济全球化和信息资源进入现代主流经济,服务业将发展成为城市最大的最具活力的基本/非基本产业部门。It is outstanding that urban economy increases along with the change of industrial structure, and they exist in the same process of urban development. Haikou is a city with typical economy of service, and the proportion of the service industrial production value kept majority and went up year by year. The service, which concludes basic and non-basic industrial activities for urban economic growth. It will play more and more important role in urban future development.
