摘  要:目的 观察甲氧氯普胺 (Meto)对吗啡依赖小鼠血清一氧化氮 (NO)和 c GMP含量的影响。 方法 建立小鼠吗啡身体依赖模型 ,分别以紫外分光光度法和放射免疫法测定小鼠血清 NO和 c GMP含量。 结果 吗啡依赖小鼠血清 c GMP显著升高 ,NO含量轻度下降 ;Meto(2 0 m g/ kg,腹腔注射急性给药可使吗啡依赖小鼠血清c GMP降低至正常水平 ;Meto(4 0~ 80 mg/ kg,腹腔注射 )可使吗啡依赖小鼠血清 NO显著升高。 结论  NO在吗啡依赖中的作用可能不通过 c GMP信号机制 ;Meto可降低吗啡依赖小鼠血清的 cObjective To study the effects of metoclopramide(Meto) on the serum nitric oxide(NO) and cGMP in morphine dependence mice. Methods The concentrations of NO and cGMP were determined in morphine dependence mice. NO and cGMP were checked by ultraviolet spectrophotography and radioimmunoassay. Results Compared with control group, the concentrations of cGMP in serum of model mice increased significantly, NO decreased slightly. When morphine dependence mice was treated with single dose of Meto(40, 80 mg/kg, ip) the NO level increased significantly. Single dose of Meto(20 mg/kg, ip) resulted in a decrease of serum cGMP(close to those in control). Conclusion The effect of NO on morphine dependence may not act through cGMP signal. cGMP level in serum of morphine dependence mice could be reduced by Meto.
