摘　　要：从理论上初步构造一个BPR逻辑拓展的框架模型 ,阐述了从价值链至集成供应链直至虚拟价值网构建的模式拓展过程 ,建设性地提出虚拟价值网是由信息流、知识流和价值e流“密炼 ①”的动态柔性网络 ,并对流程网络作了探讨性描述。A frame model of BPR logic development is pre-constructed in theory, it is set forth that the process of model development is constructed from value chain to integrated supply chain up to virtual value nets, and constructively put forward that virtual value nets is a dynamically flexible nets, which is mixed with information current, knowledge current and e current, and described process nets in discussion view.
