摘　　要：以公平-实施模型为基础,研究感知转移收益和感知转移成本对信息系统前实施阶段用户抵制的作用机理,重点探讨消极情绪的中介作用以及惰性的调节作用。选择新信息系统的潜在使用者作为研究对象,采用结构方程模型、层级回归等方法对235份有效的调查问卷进行分析。研究结果表明:感知转移收益对用户抵制有显著的负向影响,而感知转移成本则对抵制行为有显著的正面影响;消极情绪在感知转移收益、感知转移成本与用户抵制之间起着部分中介作用;惰性对感知转移收益、感知转移成本与用户抵制之间的关系具有调节效应,用户的惰性越高,感知转移收益和感知转移成本对用户抵制的影响越小。This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of perceived switching benefits and perceived switching costs on user resistance at information systems pre-implementation stage based on equity-implementation model,focusing on the mediating effect of negative emotion and the moderating effect of inertia. We select the potential users of the new information system as sample and analyze 235 valid questionnaires through structural equation model,hierarchical regression,and so forth. The results indicate that perceived switching benefits have a significantly negative effect on user resistance while perceived switching costs have remarkable positive influence on user resistance; negative emotion plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between perceived switching benefits and perceived switching costs and user resistance; inertia moderates the effects of perceived switching benefits and perceived switching costs on user resistance,that is,the negative relationship between perceived switching benefits and user resistance and the positive relationship between perceived switching costs and user resistance will be weaker when users have higher inertia.
