摘　　要："三个代表"重要思想系统地规定了高校的办学本质,是高校全部工作的行动指南。我们必须与时俱进,树立新世纪的办学理念,使高校成为"三个代表"重要思想的忠实执行者。"三个代表"重要思想对高校管理方式提出了新要求。The important thought of 'Three Represents'specifies the nature of running a school,is action guide for the work of universities.We must maintain the spirit of keeping pace with the times,establish the concept of running a school in new century,make universities implement the important thought of the 'Three Represents'.The important thought of the 'Three Represents'provides new requirements for management mode in universities.
