Quality control on standardized training for TCM specialist in Shanghai

摘　　要：目的进一步完善上海市中医专科医师培训制度。方法对上海市2014—2016级301名中医专培医师以及108名专培临床带教老师进行了问卷调查,并对中医专培的部分领导、基地主任、带教老师进行访谈。对照中医专科医师培训目标,通过总结分析,提出上海市中医专科医师规范化培训目前存在的问题和质量提升建议。结果经过中医专科医师培训,岗位胜任力五项自我评价为"完全符合"及"基本符合"者占到77. 08%以上;专培医师和临床带教老师对上海市中医专科医师规范化培训质量评价为"非常高"及"较高"分别占79. 07%和79. 63%。结论上海市中医专科医师规范化培训质量比较高,但对照中医专科医师培训目标仍然存在诸多问题,亟需高度重视并逐步解决。Objective To further improve the system of TCM specialist training in Shanghai. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 301 TCM specialists from grade 2014 to grade 2016 and 108 clinical teachers in Shanghai. And some leads,directors and clinical teachers of TCM specialist training were interviewed.According to the training target,the problems and measures to improve the quality of TCM specialist standardized training in Shanghai were put forward after summarizing and analyzing. Results After TCM specialist training,the percentage of specialists,reached complete conformity and basic conformity in 5 items of job competency selfevaluation,accounted for 77. 08%,and 79. 07% of specialists and 79. 63% of clinical teachers evaluate the quality of TCM specialist standardized training in Shanghai was,respectively,very high and high. Conclusion The quality of TCM specialist standardized training in Shanghai is relatively high at present,but there are still many problems with the training target,which need to be highly valued and gradually resolved.
