右半结肠癌p27^(Kip1)蛋白的表达及预后意义

摘　　要：目的 :研究 p2 7Kip1蛋白在右半结肠癌组织中的表达并探讨其预后应用价值。方法 :通过免疫组化S P方法对 76例右半结肠癌组织标本进行p2 7Kip1蛋白表达的检测。结果 :p2 7kip1染色阳性 40例 ,占 52 .6%。p2 7kip1蛋白水平与右半结肠癌临床分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、病理分级及复发均显著相关。结论 :检测p2Objective: To investigate the expression o fp27 Kip1 protein in right-sided colon cancer and relationship with the bi ological behavior and prognosis. Methods: Expression of p27 Kip1 at protein level was determined by using immunohistochemistry techniqu e in 76 patients with colon cancer. Results: Forty of 76 cases(52.6%) were positively stained (+). Significant correlations existed between e xpression of p27 Kip1 protein and the following clinicopathologicalfact ors :clinical stage, invasive depth, regional lymph node status, histologic grad e, and various modes of recurrence. No correlation was found between the express ion of p27 Kip1 protein and that of ki67 protein. Conclusion: The test of expression of p27 Kip1 protein is helpful in assessing t he malignant extent and prognosis of right-sided colon cancers.
