摘 要:目的:建立甲氧氯普胺的气相色谱分析方法。方法:采用毛细管色谱柱;流动相:氮气;检测器:μECD;流速:1.0 m L/min;进样口温度:300℃;柱温:280℃;检测器温度:300℃。结果:甲氧氯普胺在0.25~50μg/m L范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系;加样回收率均符合要求。结论 :该方法简便快捷,准确、重现性好,灵敏度高,可用于甲氧氯普胺的含量检测方法。Objective:To establish a method for metoclopramide by GC-μECD. Methods:Capillary column was adopted serving nitrogen as mobile phase, μECD was used. The flow rate was 1 m L/min, while the inlet temperature was 300℃, the column temperature was 280℃, the detector temperature was 300℃. Results:The metoclopramide at a concentration of 0.25~50 μg/m L showed good linear relationship to the peak area; the recovery rate of samples met the relevant requirements. Conlusion:The development method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible and sensitive, which may be used for determination of metoclopramide content.
