摘  要:介绍了气体悬浮焙烧炉的工艺特点和工矿条件,指出了影响其内衬使用寿命的主要因素,从内衬结构和内衬材料以及使用维护等方面入手,提出了内衬耐火层浇注料厚度需要适当增加、内衬保温层中的保温砖宜用轻质喷涂料来替代、严格规范筑炉和烘炉工艺技术条件和规程等若干项相应的改进措施。This paper introduces the technical features and working conditions of the gas suspension roaster, points out the main factors influencing the working life of its inside lining, and starting from the structure of the inside lining and the use and maintenance of the materials of the inside lining, this paper puts forward some corresponding improving measures such as the thickness of the pouring material of the inside lining's flame retardant coating should be increased properly, the insulating brick in the inside lining's insulation coarse should be replaced by the light gunning materials, the technical conditions and norms for the roaster building and drying should be rigorously enforced, etc.
