摘　　要：目的　探讨 β4 整合素在前列腺各组织中的表达及意义。方法　将 10 0例诊断明确的前列腺标本分为五组 ,即正常组 (NP)、良性前列腺增生组 (BPH)、高级别上皮内瘤组 (HPIN)、偶发癌组 (PIC)及前列腺癌组 (PC) ,每组 2 0例。应用免疫组化SP法检测 β4 整合素在以上五组标本中的表达情况。结果　β4 整合素在NP、BPH、HPIN、PIC及PC组织中的表达是逐渐降低的 ,BPH组表达明显强于HPIN组 ,其差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,HPIN组和PIC组的表达无显著差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　β4 整合素与前列腺癌发生、发展密切相关。Objective To explore the expression and significance of beta4 integrin in human prostatic tissues. Methods A total of 100 prostate specimens were divided into 5 groups averagely: normal prostate (NP), benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH), high grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (HPIN), prostatic incidental carcinoma (PIC), and prostate carcinoma (PC). The expression of beta4 integrin in each group was determined by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results The expression of beta4 integrin was gradually reduced with prostate neoplasia progression. The expression of beta4 integrin in BPH was significantly higher than that in HPIN (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in expression of beta4 integrin between HPIN and PIC (P>0.05) Conclusion Expression of beta4 integrin is closely correlated with the genesis and progression of prostate carcinoma.
