摘　　要：对产权制度及实现形式的演革起决定性作用的,不但是社会生产力的整体性质和水平,而且更是生产力整体结构中各要素地位、作用的转化。单一的劳动联合与单一的资本联合都不适应生产力发展和社会主义市场经济的要求。我国的企业改革,应建立起公有制为主导的两种联合产权制度。It is not only the whole features and level of social productivity but also the transformation of every factor's role and effect in social productivity, which is vital to the evolution of title system and its fulfilment. Neither a single capital combination nor a single laborer combination is suitable to the development of productivity and the demand of the socialist market economy. In Chinese enterprises' reform, two combing title system dominated by public ownership should be established.
