摘  要:西部大开发,人才是关键。作为西部地区唯一的直辖市,重庆要实现跨越式发展,就必须切实做好人才工作。为此,笔者分析了重庆人才现状及存在的突出问题,探索性地提出了优化重庆人才环境,创新人才培养培育及引进机制等措施,在充分发挥现有人才作用的同时,努力吸引海内外人才来渝效力,使重庆成为西部人才乐园。Talents are vital to the great development of the western China.Chongqing, as unique municipality directly under the Central Government in western China, should do a good job about talents so as to realize tremendous strides in western development. This paper analyzes the present situation and extrusive issues of talents in Chongqing, and puts forward some measures such as the circumstance should create greatly and harmoniously for all kinds of talents to work and live, innovation of talent cultivation and utilization leads to the possession of more talented persons in Chongqing, inauguration of prompting mechanism makes talented persons sufficiently have a effect in employment, creation of introduction mechanism attracts talents all over the world to come to Chongqing.
