摘　　要：从符号学角度说明语言是由语言代码系统和文化代码系统构成.对"双重代码系统"及其规则的分析,简化了对语言本质的认知过程.强调了文化对语言的制约性,并提出有待深入探讨的若干问题.Language consists of both 'linguistic code system' and 'cultural code system' from semiological angle. The cognitive course of the essence of language could be simplified by the analysis on 'dual code system' and its rules. The article emphasizes on that language is constrained by culture, and it also puts forward a number of questions pending further discussion.
